Marissa Moses has her bachelor of fine arts in Dance from UC Irvine. During her time at UCI, Moses studied with Jodie Gates (Joffrey), David Allen (National Ballet of Canada), Molly Lynch (Ballet Pacifico), and Diane Diefenderfer (LA Ballet) among others. She was the Artistic Director of LA Arts Collective from 2012-2014 and has taught at Cal State Long Beach and Studio School LA. Marissa has performed professionally with Helios Dance Theatre, Bodies in Play, LA DANSA DANSA, and as a solo Dance Theatre Artist at venues such as The Ford Amphitheater, Cerritos Performing Arts Center, The Broad Stage, Symphony Space (NYC), Highways, and The Electric Lodge. She has been a residency artist twice for Terra Nova: A Choreographic Residency hosted through Mimoda Studio, The Dance Resource Center, and Rosanna Gamson/World Wide. Miss Marissa has been a proud faculty member at LADC since 2016 and is inspired every day by the growth of her students. She couldn’t be more grateful to find a true dance family in the faculty, dancers, and parents at LADC!
