Studio Room Rental Policies

50% of the deposit is due at the time of confirmed booking. Credit card information is collected at the time of confirmed booking unless any arrangements have been made previously by a cash deposit.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or your deposit will not be refunded.

No shows or no warning of no show will be charged the full amount.

Limitations apply for each studio due to floor material and ceiling height.

Studio must be kept in the same condition from the start of the booking to the end of the booking. Please dispose of trash, water bottles, etc.

Shoe requirements for studio floors include soft sole shoes with clean soles (tennis shoes, dance shoes, ballroom shoes, etc.)

No food or beverages are allowed in the studios except enclosed water bottles.

Additional fees may apply if booking is during non-business hours.

LA Dance Connection will not be held liable for injury, including damage to or loss to property of any person renting the space or their affiliates.
